2. What stays local
Depending on the feature, the app may keep local caches, temporary files, screenshots, or note drafts on your computer so actions remain fast and contextual.
3. What may be sent to hosted services
If you use hosted AI features, account login, billing, cloud-backed chat history, or update delivery, relevant data may be transmitted to Sylica infrastructure or third-party service providers needed to deliver those features.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Billing is handled through a payment processor. Subscription status, checkout events, and billing portal activity may still be processed to manage access.
5. AI providers
Sylica AI can route requests to external model providers such as Together AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini depending on configuration.
6. Retention and sharing
We keep account, billing, and usage data only as long as needed for product operations, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.
