1. Scope
These terms apply when you use the Sylica AI desktop application, the public website, hosted account services, billing flows, update feeds, and any product features delivered through those surfaces.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for the account credentials used with Sylica AI. Keep your login, device access, and payment method secure. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Sylica AI to violate law, contracts, exams, or access controls.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer paid infrastructure, or bypass billing.
- Do not upload malware, harmful payloads, or content intended to damage systems, accounts, or networks.
4. Desktop app and updates
The desktop app may store configuration, account session data, temporary files, or task context on your device so the product can function. The app may also download updates from a hosted Windows update feed when a newer version exists.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Unless local law says otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We may change features, pricing, model providers, limits, or infrastructure over time. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete and must be reviewed before action.
